Return Policy and Procedure

Holiday Return Policy:

Spirit75 is extending the return policy to make holiday shopping easy and hassle free. Starting December 1, all orders need to be returned by January 15, 2014 for a full refund. This allows you to buy gifts now for friends and family and have enough time to return the items after the Holiday Season if need be. Please email  spirit75boutique@gmail.com  with questions or concerns.

Regular Return Policy:

  • Spirit75 is happy to accept returns or exchanges for a full refund within 10 days of the invoice/shipping date.
  • If your return is postmarked after 10 days but within 15 days, Spirit75 will issue you a web credit instead to be used for an exchange only.
  • We can not refund shipping charges.
  • There will be a regular shipping charge added to your acccount for exchanged items being shipped out.
  • All returned and exchanged merchandise must be in the original condition with the tags attached. Returned items that HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED will not be accepted.
  • All Celebrate the Sale and Clearance Closette merchandise is always final sale.
  • Items that were purchased on sale as part of a promotion are considered Celebrate the Sale and Clearance Closette items.
  • Bathing suits are always final sale.


The Return Procedure:

1. Email us at spirit75boutique@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Style Number or Name
  • Item Color (if applicable)
  • Item Size
  • Reason for the return
  • Your preference for a refund or exchange
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us of the name, size and color of the new items you would like so that we can attempt to hold it for you

    2. We will then email you the address to our  Returns Department so that you can:

  • Include the original invoice (or copy) in the package
  • Package the item securely
  • Clearly address the box to the appropriate address
  • Please note our PO Box does not accept packages

 

Upon receiving the return package, Spirit75 will inspect the item to ensure it meets all conditions listed above. Only if all the conditions stated above have been met will the company process the item as a return/exchange.

Spirit75 will notify you via e-mail once your return/exchange has been processed.

Any refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. While Spirit75 will process the refund within 5 business days, your bank may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
